Postal applications can be made using one of the TWO downloadable forms in Word format below. Payment can be made by cheque, cash (paid into a bank), direct bank transfer or by standing order using the form below.

To download a form to pay by standing order zipped | unzipped
To download a form to join with a one off payment zipped | unzipped
The downside of the unzipped version is that it will often open directly in Internet Explorer, rather than download.

The zipped forms are a smaller file size and should automatically uncompress on download. If this does not happen, the file can be uncompressed in any proprietary compression utility, such as WinZip or Stuffit.
